STRUGGLE AGAINST ABORTION

Dear Friends,

Praised be Jesus Christ!  

    The motto of our Society of Saint Gianna from the very beginning has been to promote holiness in the family and the sanctity of human life.  In the past, our members have attended prayer rallies at abortion clinics and attended the March for Life in Washington, DC. Nevertheless, our focus has always been positive -- promoting childbirth to couples who could not conceive children. 

    I invite you to look at our recent "thank yous". A number of them involve women who could not conceive, but who are now mothers after invoking the intercession of Saint Gianna. Some people have visited our shrine; others have prayed the novena prayer; some others have simply looked at a picture of Saint Gianna.  However, for every 'thank you', there are 5 women begging our prayers to conceive a baby. Be assured that each prayer petition receives our personal prayers. 

    So, while we are not daily at the abortion centers, we are there in prayer. Furthermore, we pray that each couple that desires a baby have their wish granted through the intercession of Saint Gianna to our loving God. This is our way to promote holiness in the family and the sanctity of human life.  

    May the Peace of our Lord Jesus Christ  be with you all!
